From December 2025, the IING has invested in a modernised Online CPD Platform designed to give our CPD attendees more flexibility, longer access, and a smoother experience from registration to certificate retrieval.

• 12‑Month Access to CPD Training Instead of “attendance‑only” CPD, you now have a full 12 months (aligned with Professional Body requirements) to complete your CPD sessions online at your own pace.

• Catch Up Anytime Missed a live session? No problem. All CPD sessions delivered via Teams will now be available as Moodle-based online training until the end of the 12‑month cycle.

• All Your Certificates in One Place Every CPD certificate you’ve earned—past and future—will be stored on the platform for easy retrieval whenever you need them.

• Simple, Seamless Registration Event bookings remain your entry point. Once registered, you’ll automatically receive access to the corresponding Moodle CPD training.

• A Blended Learning Experience We’re combining the best of both worlds:

  • Live Teams sessions for interactive learning

  • Moodle online modules for flexible, self-paced completion

This ensures that every CPD event you attend—live or online—counts and remains accessible.

📌 What You Need to Do

Simply continue registering for CPD events through the IING Events Booking system. Your CPD platform access will be activated by the administrators, and your old and new certificates will be stored securely for future download.
